Total Comfort Plan Our Total Comfort Plan includes the following:
Brooks Heating System Tune-Up1. Clean boiler or furnace
2. Replace oil burner nozzle
3. Replace oil filter cartridge
4. Clean pump screen
5. Clean, lubricate, and adjust burner for maximum efficiency
6. Inspect and adjust burner controls and check safety controls
7. Free efficiency test
Heating oil tanks typically corrode from the inside out. Your tank may look perfectly fine from the
outside but it could be wearing excessively thin. The testing (similar to a medical ultrasound) will
allow us to give you a sense of security – or plenty of advance warning that a problem is on the
horizon. This program also gives you a $1,ooo proactive tank replacement warranty.
Parts & Labor Coverage
In our Comfort Plan Brooks Oil Service will cover the parts listed below as well as the labor
to replace them. Parts not included in this list will not be covered and a labor charge will be
added. Coverage on parts listed is for one part per year.
Aquastat, Blower Belt, Burner Coupling, Burner fan, Burner Motor, Burner Nozzle, Burner Stainer, Cad Cell Assembly, Cad Cell
Control, Electrodes, Draft Regulator, Emergency Switch, Fan Limit Control, Fire Safety Switch, Firomatic Valve, Fuel Unit/Oil
Pump, Ignition Terminals, Ignition Transformer, Oil Filter, Thermostat (conventional heating only), Blower Bearings, Blower
Pulley, Burner Blast Tube, Burner Gun Assembly, Circulator Motor, Relief Valve, High Vent, Backflow Preventer, Blower Motor,
Blower Shaft, Burner End Cone, Circulator Coupling, Tempering Valve, Tank Gauge.
*Circulator Motor or Bearing Assembly may be substituted for Taco 007 Circulator
Emergency Service is provided with out charge from November 1st thru April 30th only. May 1st
thru October 31st service calls Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm.
This plan must be done from April 1 to August 31, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 3:30pm. Any Tune-up from
October 1st thru March 31st will be subject to a $99.00 charge. All fuel requirements must be purchased from
Brooks Oil Service during the terms of the agreement under the automatic delivery system. Service contracts
are automatically renewed each year.
